Hi all,

Rachel Waller has asked me to spread the word about the British 10k run in London (21st July) because we need more CWMT runners. We have 4 places available and would really like to fill them. We ask for a minimum of £200 sponsorship for each runner, which tends to be manageable via friends and family members, with a bit of promo on Facebook!

Information at https://uk.virginsport.com/event/asics-london-10k-2019

Your fellow trainer Rachel Welch and her friend Liza ran it last year and that was a great success, so please do ask any keen runners you know if they'd like to run for CWMT - or perhaps you fancy the challenge yourself?!

We'll be posting on social media about the places as well, so if you can share those posts that would be a great help.

Thank you!

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Wellbeing Schools Forum, an online platform that brings education providers together to share best practice with the end goal of improving mental health and emotional wellbeing for every pupil. Through the forum we want to help develop an essential peer-to-peer support network while creating an evidence base for what works. Our aim is for the forum to drive and inspire change in how schools can create an enriching education environment that is conducive to good mental health and wellbeing support for every pupil. You can apply to join the forum here: https://tinyurl.com/WellbeingSchoolsForum Please feel free to share this with your networks as well as with any schools for whom this may be of interest.

Just listened to an interesting programme on radio 4 today  - My name is Sammy and I am thinking of leaving the NHS.  A junior doctor descries her experience, interviews people etc.  some great insights into what it’s like to work as a junior doctor in A & E. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m0005t3h
