Ten schools around the UK have been awarded a whole library of wellbeing books after becoming winners in the Wellbeing Challenge 2019.
The interactive two-week competition saw schools and youth organisations take part in a range of activities designed to boost good mental health.
The Wellbeing Challenge encourages young people to think about their mental health and it’s based around the NHS ‘Five steps to mental wellbeing’.
Clare Stafford, CWMT’s Chief Executive, said: “We were overwhelmed by the fantastic response from schools and youth organisations to our Wellbeing Challenge 2019. Evidence shows that it is so important for all of us, especially young people, to learn how to maintain good mental wellbeing and following the NHS Five Steps to Wellbeing is a great way to do that.”
The winners are:
Batheaston Primary School
Clehonger Primary School
Grindleford Primary School
Homefield Prep School
Homewood School & Sixth Form Centre
